Our litigation team obtained a complete defense verdict defending the design team for the terminal at Denver International Airport against allegations of $42 million of design defects, and we have successfully defended many other developers, contractors and lenders in construction defect cases and mechanic’s lien claims. We have often represented owners, both in the prosecution of defect claims and in defense of such claims, in courts throughout Colorado.
