Some of the Colorado land use projects we have worked on include assisting a client with zoning approvals for a new luxury hotel at a well-known ski resort, representing the developer of some of the most expensive homes ever sold in Aspen, and handling the condominium documents and retail/office leasing for one of the most successful buildings developed in Lower Downtown Denver.
