DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE
Ben’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions. He routinely assists buyers, sellers and their brokers in preparing purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence and closing transactions. Ben also assists real estate owners, investors, lenders, developers, brokers, builders, architects and consultants with transactional matters, and deals frequently with residential and commercial leases. Earlier in his career, Ben practiced law for a Denver based real estate firm and served as in-house counsel for an international resort development company. Ben is a full member with Mountain Rescue Aspen and regularly participates in search and rescue operations in Pitkin County. Ben lives in Snowmass Village with his family and deeply appreciates living and playing in the mountains.
